SLEEP PERFORMANCE FOR HIGH-STAKES TEAMS

Sleep is a performance lever. Most organisations treat it as a benefit.

Kate offers structured, evidence-based sessions and programmes for employees and wellness events globally. Whether you want a one-off sleep session for your team, a guest speaker at your wellness event, or a longer-term in-house corporate wellness sleep programme, get in touch to discover the possibilities.

"I approach sleep not as a wellness luxury, but as a strategic biological advantage."

Kate currently works with a number of multinational companies who come back time and time again due to the high demand for sleep solutions. Kate focuses on transforming sleep quality and sleep efficiency, using her unique and proven approach — different from the usual sleep hygiene advice that people have already heard. Whether you want a one-off sleep wellness session, or a longer-term in-house programme, get in touch to discover the possibilities.
