Kate Bridle is a Clinically trained Sleep Physiologist with 20+ years inside the UK's largest sleep clinics. She spent nine years at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital, became Lead Sleep Physiologist at Evelina London Children's Hospital, and in 2015 founded the first specialist Sleep Disorder Centre in the Middle East.
She has delivered sleep performance programmes inside global investment banks, consulting firms, hotel groups and clinical settings. She is a regular invited speaker at the Royal Society of Medicine.
